A Sick Visit Only (SVO) Membership gives you access to 24/7 text consultations (for non-primary care issues, only sick issues), unlimited virtual visits, and deep discounts on sick in-person visits. Membership tiers are based on the amount of children covered.
Want a la carte checkups and vaccines? Great news, they’re available with a SVO membership*.
What can we treat? Acute medical concerns like high fevers, sinus infections, colds, ear infections, rashes, and others. We offer testing for RSV, flu, strep, and others. We also provide school notes, if needed.
*checkups and any vaccines for SVO members are subject to limitations, and do not include any chronic management of issues such as ADHD, eczema, asthma, etc. SVO membership does not include text/phone/on-demand visits for Primary Care issues (i.e. developmental questions, formula/feeding questions, etc).

Useful for simple requests, medical questions, “what do I do?” questions, or other topics. Members get 24/7 access, even on weekends.
If a visit is needed, only visit fees apply. No question too big or small, and all on our HIPAA-compliant app.
For when you need to connect with Dr. Trey via video or in-person to discuss an issue or acute problem and/or examine your child to determine a plan. Members get priority for visit requests.
Daytime Virtual Visit: Free ($149 for non-members)

To ensure best possible care there is a limit on how many members we are currently accepting. Membership is by inquiry only.
Individual (1 child): $199

Becoming a Member brings the most value. We offer several different levels of membership to best meet you and your families needs. Memberships include unlimited text/phone consultations and include our telehealth enhancement kit. Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded as family needs change.
Service Area
Surprisingly, I have many members make long commutes in order to see me! For me to come to you, though, you need to be in our service area. Luckily, with my innovative model and the telehealth enhancement kit, many in-person visits can be avoided. We usually talk on the phone or do a virtual visit first to see if we can address the problem remotely.
Currently, the service area is within 30 miles of the 28203 zip code for Sick Visit Only Members. Convenience fees* are as follows:
15-19 miles: +$100/in-person visit
20-24 miles: +$150/in-person visit
25-30 miles: +$200/in-person visit
*Convenience fees can be avoided by meeting me at my office at 1515 Mockingbird Lane, Charlotte, NC 28209. Each person’s house and commute is different, and convenience fees are at the discretion of Dr. Trey.
