A Virtual Only (VO) Membership gives you access to 24/7 text consultations*, and unlimited virtual visits with the same board-certified pediatrician every time. No random doctor you haven’t met, plus the benefit of continuity.
What’s continuity? Let’s say you see Dr. Trey and your child is having some trouble breathing. Most platforms will send you to the urgent care or ED because they can’t follow up with you in an hour/2 hours to reassess. Dr. Trey will come up with a plan and will follow up with you in a timely manner, meaning better care for your child.
Membership tiers are based on the amount of children covered.
What can we treat? Acute medical concerns like high fevers, sinus infections, colds, ear infections, rashes, and others. We also provide school notes, if needed.
* VO membership does not include text/phone/on-demand visits for Primary Care issues (i.e. developmental questions, chronic issues like ADHD, etc).*

Useful for simple requests, medical questions, “what do I do?” questions, or other topics. Members get 24/7 access, even on nights and weekends.
If a virtual visit is needed we simply transition from texting to video, so visits don’t even feel like a visit. No question too big or small, and all through HIPAA compliant texting.
Text/Phone Consult: Included for VO members ($79 for non-members, daytime only)
For when you need to connect with Dr. Trey via video to discuss an issue or acute problem and/or examine your child to determine a plan. Members get priority for visit requests.
Daytime Virtual Visit: Included for VO Members ($149 for non-members)
Night time Virtual Visit: Included for VO members (not available to non-members)
Monthly Membership Cost
To ensure best possible care there is a limit on how many members we are currently accepting. Membership is by inquiry only.
Individual (1 child): $100
Duo (2 children): $130
Family (3+ kids): $150
Becoming a member brings the most value. We offer several different levels of membership to best meet you and your families needs including Primary Care as well as Sick Visit Only memberships if you’re local to the area. Memberships also include our telehealth enhancement kit: a high resolution ear/throat camera, pulse oximeter (tells me your heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels), and a thermometer.
Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded as family needs change.
