Primary Care Memberships gives you everything! Dr. Trey provides holistic primary care catered to you and your family. Dr. Trey believes heavily in parent choice and partners closely with his families to provide personalized care. Well child checks, vaccines (if desired, split up and spaced out), access to advanced labs, health improvement check-ins, and any recommended screening/testing is all included. You even get a bank of included in-person visits every year for even more value.
Primary care memberships with Peds MD aren’t anything like your standard visits. You won’t have to keep a running list of questions about your child that you rush through-you’ll be able to ask me anytime. You won’t be limited to just scratching the surface of your kids health reacting to problems, but proactively solving them. You won’t have to waste time calling a nurse triage line. You won’t have to go to an urgent care. And your risk of having to go to the emergency room will decrease. Advanced metabolic/gut assessments, gene testing for detox deficiencies, and more are just some examples of the work available to our patients.
Primary Care memberships offer all the perks of Sick Visit Only Memberships such as 24/7 text consultations and unlimited 24/7 virtual visits, but also include all well checkups and all vaccines without admin fees.

Monthly Membership Cost
To ensure best possible care there is a limit on how many members we are currently accepting. Membership is by inquiry only.
First child fee depends on the age of your youngest child:
0-24 Months of Age: $350/mo
2-4 Years of Age: $300/mo
4+ Years of Age: $250/mo
Well visits based on age and vaccines (if desired/needed)
School Paperwork/forms
Access to functional health testing (gut health testing, mycotoxin testing, etc)
24/7 text/phone support directly with your doctor
Unlimited 24/7 Virtual Visits
3 in-person sick visits/year (+1 for each sibling add-on), then $149 each

Service Area
Surprisingly, I have many members make long commutes in order to see me! For me to come to you though, you need to be in our service area. Luckily, with my innovative model and the telehealth enhancement kit, many in-person visits can be avoided. We usually talk on the phone or do a virtual visit first to see if we can address the problem remotely.
Currently, the service area is within 30 miles of the 28203 zip code for Primary Care Members. Convenience fees* are as follows:
15-19 miles: +$100/in-person visit
20-24 miles: +$150/in-person visit
25-30 miles: +$200/in-person visit
*Convenience fees can be avoided by meeting me at my office at 1515 Mockingbird Lane, Charlotte, NC 28209. Each person’s house and commute is different, and convenience fees are at the discretion of Dr. Trey.
